Why We Move
Fitness isn't one size fits all. It's personal.
After 14 years of training clients and a lifetime in dance, I've learned one thing above all else: there is no single right way to move. Fitness looks different for different people — and meeting you exactly where you are is where the real work begins.
Sometimes that means pushing you to the next level. Sometimes it means slowing down, listening to your body, and being kind to yourself. Both count. Both are part of the journey.
My approach is rooted in corrective exercise, functional movement, and the belief that staying curious about your own body is the most powerful thing you can do for your health.
